1 Data We Collect

Wall-E stores only the data required to provide its features:

Server IDs & channel IDs	Store per-server configuration (logs, tickets, moderation, etc.)
Role IDs	Auto-roles, role menus, exemptions, verification
User IDs	Warnings, giveaway entries, cooldowns, birthdays
Message IDs	Track giveaway, poll, and ticket panel messages
Birthday dates	Birthday announcements (only if a user sets one)
OAuth2 token (dashboard)	Authenticate you and list servers you manage

We do not permanently store the content of your messages. Messages are only processed in real time for features like auto-moderation, anti-spam, and counting, and are not retained afterwards.

2 How We Use Data

• To provide and operate the bot's features on your server.
• To remember your server's configuration between sessions.
• To authenticate you on the web dashboard and show the servers you can manage.

We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

3 Data Storage & Security

Configuration data is stored in JSON files on the bot's host server. Dashboard sessions use secure, signed cookies. We take reasonable measures to protect data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

4 Dashboard Authentication

When you log in to the web dashboard, we use Discord OAuth2 with the identify and guilds scopes. This lets us identify you and determine which servers you administrate. Your OAuth2 access token is kept only for the duration of your session and is never stored long-term.

5 Data Retention

Server configuration is retained while the bot is in your server. If the bot is removed, related data may be deleted during routine cleanup. Per-user data (such as warnings or birthdays) is kept until removed by a server administrator or by the user where applicable.

6 Your Rights

You may request the deletion of your data at any time:

• Server administrators can reset configuration via the dashboard or by removing the bot.
• Users can remove their own birthday with /birthday remove.
• For any other data deletion request, contact us through the support server.

7 Children's Privacy

Wall-E is intended for use on Discord, which requires users to be at least 13 years old (or older depending on your country). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone below the minimum age required by Discord.

8 Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated periodically. Significant changes may be announced in the support server. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
