Terms of Service
By adding Wall-E ("the bot") to your Discord server or using its commands and web dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the bot and stop using its services.
1 Acceptance of Terms
These terms apply to all users who interact with Wall-E, including server administrators who configure the bot and members who use its commands. Continued use of the bot constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms.
2 Description of Service
Wall-E is a Discord bot providing server management features, including but not limited to: moderation tools, ticket systems, giveaways, role menus, logging, anti-raid protection, auto-moderation, and a web dashboard for configuration.
3 Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the bot for any illegal activity or in violation of Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- Attempt to exploit, abuse, overload, or disrupt the bot or its infrastructure.
- Use the bot to harass, spam, or harm other users.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the bot's systems, dashboard, or data.
4 Availability
The bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may suspend, modify, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice. Maintenance, outages, or Discord API changes may affect functionality.
5 User Responsibilities
Server administrators are responsible for how they configure and use the bot, including moderation actions (kicks, bans, timeouts, message deletions) triggered by features they enable. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the bot complies with all applicable laws and your server's local rules.
6 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the bot's developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the bot, including data loss, wrongful moderation actions, or service interruptions.
7 Termination
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the bot for any server or user that violates these terms, abuses the service, or for any other reason at our discretion.
8 Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Significant changes may be announced through the support server. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
